We want PreparePDF to work for you. Here's how refunds and cancellation work.
Try before you buy
The free plan includes every feature, with one finished document per week, so you can check that PreparePDF handles your files before paying.
14-day refund on your first payment
If Pro isn't right for you, email support@preparepdf.com within 14 days of your first payment from the email you paid with, and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime so the next one never happens. If a renewal charged you by mistake (for example you meant to cancel), write to us within 7 days and we'll look at it.
How to cancel
Sign in on preparepdf.com, open Account › Manage billing and choose Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
